The project consists of the extension of an existing house, newly bought by our client and the creation of an additional floor above the ground existing one with a complete interior remodel.

the structural work involved the suppression of the existing roof structure, pouring a new concrete slab, build a new roof and create a new staircase to serve the top added level.  

The internal layout was redesigned from scratch to create bright and well-proportioned spaces making  a full use of the available area by integrating the circulations in the spaces themselves which gives a feeling of depth and openness in a relatively small house.
