Comment se déroule un projet avec akken studio
Notre démarche allie créativité, rigueur et dialogue. Chaque phase permet d'affiner progressivement la vision du projet afin de concilier qualité architecturale, contraintes techniques, budget et calendrier.
De l'idée à la livraison, tout commence par une conversation. Un échange pour comprendre le lieu, les usages, les envies, les contraintes. C'est à partir de cette lecture attentive que le projet prend forme.
Esquisse — La première traduction spatiale d'une idée. Des orientations volumétriques, des intentions, une vision. C'est l'étape de l'exploration et de la mise en accord.
Avant-Projet Sommaire (APS) — Le projet se précise. Les grands partis architecturaux sont arrêtés, les surfaces définies, une première estimation budgétaire établie. La direction est claire.
Avant-Projet Détaillé (APD) — Les plans se raffinent, les matériaux se choisissent, les détails techniques s'intègrent. Le projet prend sa forme définitive avant d'entrer dans les phases réglementaires et de consultation.
Dépôt du permis de construire — Constitution et dépôt du dossier administratif auprès des autorités compétentes. Suivi de l'instruction jusqu'à l'obtention de l'autorisation.
DCE — Dossier de Consultation des Entreprises — Élaboration des documents techniques et contractuels permettant la consultation des entreprises, la comparaison des offres et la sélection des intervenants.
Suivi de chantier — Coordination des entreprises, contrôle de la conformité des travaux, gestion des aléas. Une présence régulière sur site pour garantir que ce qui a été conçu est bien ce qui se construit.
Livraison — Réception des travaux, levée des réserves, remise des clés. Le projet trouve son aboutissement dans l'espace habité.
